Problem

The company wants to install a Galvanizing Line with the aim of installing a Coil Paint Line at a later date. The product will be galvanized and then immediately painted in the same factory. The company could not afford the very high cost of the traditional Furnace Galvanizing Line. The product surface coming off the Galvanizing Line must be perfectly smooth for painting, but also must have a clear, zinc spangle pattern and be very shiny.

Solution

Bronx designed and supplied one of their patented Wet Flux Galvanizing Lines with modified Pot Technology. The Galvanizing Line is a very low capital cost alternative to the larger Furnace Galvanizing Lines. The Pot Technology was modified to produce a galvanized surface that is very smooth, shiny and has a clearly defined zinc spangle pattern.

Result

This product has all the quality characteristics of other galvanized products and is ideal for painting. The Galvanizing Line is fully operational and the customer is preparing for his future Paint Line.
