Problem

The company has a large Galvanizing Line. The combustion systems were not working efficiently and breakdowns were increasing after many modifications had been made by local Engineers.

Solution

Bronx supplied Engineers to conduct a line ‘audit’ to understand the situation, locate the problem areas and provide recommendations for solutions and improvements.

Result

The recommendations were implemented, bringing the line back to original specification and making improvements to combustion systems to increase Thermal Capacity and reduce breakdowns.
