Continuous coil paint line, India

Problem

An expanding customer in India is operating two large continuous galvanizing lines. Their marketing people could see the trend to move further to prepainted galvanized steel, both domestically and on the export market. There was a large opportunity that they were not capturing.

Solution

In late 2003, Bronx supplied and commissioned a large three coat system, Continuous Coil Paint line. The paint line uses modern technology with quick change paint capability within the one Coater Room. The line is designed to produce a large cross section of products from Roofing and Walling steels, to high quality white goods products. Bronx supplied the full Technology package, including operator and laboratory know-how transfer.
