Problem

Bronx was approached to design a new edge guide system for recoiling of painted strip. The existing system was old and not giving the accuracy required.

Solution

Bronx supplied a new EMG digital system and provided complete project management, including engineering design for the retrofit. Bronx was in charge of overseeing installation and final commissioning.

Result

The end result is a simple, easy to use system, giving recoils with an edge straightness of better than 1mm.
