Bronx awarded compact colour coating line contract in Australia

Bronx International has been awarded a contract to build a Continuous Coil Coating Line for ACE Gutters Pty Ltd, a leading, independent, Australian rainwater products manufacturer and supplier.

The coil coating line selected by ACE Gutters is a Compact Warehouse line, one of the Bronx Satellite II range, a recent development of the original Bronx Satellite Concept. Since 2000, the Satellite Concept has proven very successful and cost effective for many small to medium producers.

The coil coating line is a compact design and has been configured to paint a wide variety of materials including Galvanized Steel, Zn/Al-Coated Steel, Uncoated Steel and Aluminium up to 1250mm wide. It features quick-change coaters allowing paint to be changed on the fly, maximising utilisation. The line operates continuously and can handle coils up to 10 tonnes.
