Bronx compact paint line

The Bronx 'Warehouse' Coil Coating Line is a continuously operating paint line specifically designed to minimise the cost of entry into coil painting.

The line can be designed to fit an existing warehouse building, with clearance as low as 4.5 metres and lengths of 65metres (or less depending on configuration), further reducing capital cost.

The small factory footprint ensures costly foundations are not required. (No pits required).

The 'Warehouse' Coil Coating Line is a stand alone installation with cleaning and pretreatment carried out on the paint line.

The strip is primed on a first pass through the paint line and top coat is applied on a second pass. It is suitable for all commercially available coil coating systems and pretreatments.

A basic design for the 'Warehouse' Line is also available where the conversion coat is applied in a galvanizing line and the finish coat only is applied on the warehouse line.

Irrespective of the initial line, configuration of a Bronx 'Warehouse' Coil Coating Line provides cost effective manufacture for tonnages as low as 10,000tpa, using Infra Red, Gas Ovens to cure the paint.

Small runs of different colours are also economical to run on the 'Warehouse' Line, especially if a Bronx Quick Change Coater is included in the design.

Irrespective of the line configuration or type of curing chosen, a Bronx 'Warehouse' Line produces a low cost entry into coil coating and can be easily upgraded as the market grows.
