Combination Lines

Bronx_Combination_LineBronx International designs and manufactures combination lines. These are made up of a galvanizing section and a paint section in the one line.

Combination lines are more economical to operate than two separate lines as:

  • Equipment required is minimised
  • Space requirements are reduced
  • Labour costs and general running costs are lower

At Bronx we offer combination lines to meet volume requirements from as low as 40,000 T to 140,000 T.

Combination lines can be manufactured using both the Wet Flux (Tight Coat) process and the Non-Oxidising galvanizing process.

The ability to offer both processes together with Bronx Coaters and either Infra Red or gas convection oven technology in the paint section, results in Bronx being able to offer highly flexible, low cost combination lines.
