Bronx is able to offer a short lead-time through innovative design and manufacturing philosophy.

Building and foundations account for at least half the cost of conventional line projects. The “Compact 9” is a continuous colour coating line designed to fit into an existing warehouse building. This eliminates the need for a new building. Design of the line also eliminates the need for expensive excavations and foundations.

Over 35 years experience designing and building colour coating lines together with many years operational experience by our technical team, ensures the quality of the product.
4. Economically Process 4000Tpa to 15000Tpa
The “Compact 9” incorporates electric oven technology which means the line can be economically run on a “stop / start” basis, allowing you to match output to demand.
5. No Expensive Building Required
If you have an existing warehouse building 55m x 12m x 4m (high) then you can install the “Compact 9”, eliminating a major project cost.
6. No Expensive Foundations Required
While the “Compact 9” is a continuous line it will fit a building 4m high, without any pits, so no expensive excavations are required. The machines are all designed to bolt to a standard warehouse floor of 250mm (minimum), so no expensive foundations are needed.
7. Modular Design
All line sections are pre-assembled, pre-wired, pre-piped and pre-commissioned. This ensures the line is installed in a few days instead of the normal period of weeks, significantly reducing the time to start-up and reducing the cost of installation.
8. Total Package
Bronx is able to offer the machines, all ancillary equipment, and can provide the total installation of the line.
This has the advantage of reducing costs and simplifying the project by dealing with a single supplier.
