Cut to Length Lines
Bronx produces accurate Cut to Length and Blanking Lines with the assistance a of computerised precision leveller. Areas in Bronx lines that are designed to minimise unscheduled stoppages are:
- Feed up between the leveller and roll feed.
- Roll feed and shear built as one component.
- Stackers having accurate square packs with facility to offload rejects. For most service centre applications we offer our standard air floatation stackers, and vacuum and magnetic stackers are available for special applications.
