The Bronx Customer Service Department is an after sales department focused on ensuring our customers are cared for long after our Bronx equipment has been installed and commissioned.

The Customer Service Department will continue the Bronx experience with a high level of contact and follow up assistance to ensure your original equipment continues to perform to your expectations throughout the life of the products.

Bronx Customer Service:

  • Maintains regular monthly contact with all our National and International Customers.
  • Monitors all transactions and communications and expedites these within the company.
  • Manages all Customer Relationships.
  • Facilitates immediate response to Service, Maintenance and Warranty issues.
  • Handles Customer Feedback.
  • Provides regular updates on Bronx International Products and Developments.

BRONX CUSTOMER SERVICE GALVANIZING
LINE MAINTENANCE

Our Bronx CGL Maintenance Program assists our CGL customers with an affordable program to maximise their Galvanizing lines with a view to achieving enhanced end product quality and improved operational outputs.

This maintenance program takes advantage of regular shut downs and offers line audits and galvanizing pot services to ensure that your Galvanizing Lines and equipment are not only maintained to the original specifications, but ensures improvement opportunities are utilised.

  • New or upgraded quality management practices can be taught.
  • New or upgraded Operational Practices can be taught to achieve consistent quality for end users and provide factory operational savings.
