Bronx Production Know-How is divided 
into three levels of support:

Training - Classroom & hands on line operation (includes full instruction manual)

Commissioning - Trainee operators will assist with commissioning gaining valuable experience.


Post Commissioning - Bronx provides know-how & support to ensure a quality product.

Production Technology & Consultation


As an international hub of coil processing expertise, Bronx engineers possess the knowledge to improve the operation of any coil processing system. They can offer practical methods to enhance line speed, improve surface quality of a finished product, or retrofit automated equipment.


Process Line Upgrades, Enhancements & Automation


The modular design of Bronx continuous coil processing equipment means that existing lines, either built by Bronx or not, can in most cases be upgraded by plugging in Bronx components. Typical line enhancements include those to increase output capacity, improve surface finish, broaden the width and gauge of strip that can be processed, or simply to automate a process line.
