STRIP JOINER
The Bronx joiners are very robust in design, providing the capacity to join thicknesses up to 2 mm and widths to 1550 mm.
The die is designed in sections to minimise maintenance. The stitch pattern has been engineered to provide maximum strength while minimising the possibility of damage to any rolls throughout the process line. We have opened up the die area to give operators excellent vision of the die. This was a problem recognised by our Technology team.
Each machine comes complete with hydraulic power unit, including pumps, integral oil reservoir, motor, starter and joining die. Alternatively, we can remove the hydraulic power unit should an existing power supply be available.
